About the Opportunity
ACE Partners is supporting a leading medical device manufacturer in Santa Clara that is expanding its machining team.
We're looking for an experienced Swiss CNC Machine Operator to join a clean, modern manufacturing environment producing high-precision components used in life-changing medical devices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tight tolerances, high-quality standards and advanced machining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
- Produce precision components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform first article and in-process inspections
- Make tool and offset adjustments as required
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic machining issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and production targets
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Swiss CNC machines
- Experience machining precision components
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and gauges
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Medical device, aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing experience is preferred
