Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher / Infant care/Childcare Teacher / Preschool Teacher/ PreK teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, support childhood development milestones, and cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Use effective behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and support children with special education needs or early intervention programs.
- Plan lessons that incorporate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences.
- Engage with children through tutoring, storytelling, and hands-on activities that promote childhood development and early literacy skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or welfare concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of classroom activities, assessments, standardized testing results, and individual child development plans.
Experience
- Prior classroom management experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative curricula tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Experience with special education strategies or early intervention programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
