Creating and updating individual accommodation plans using data gathered from parents, teachers, IEPs, 504 plans, and outside providers.
-
Developing and implementing positive behavior intervention and support strategies, reinforcing positive behaviors and calmly redirecting when needed.
-
Training, mentoring, and coaching program staff on behavioral recommendations and inclusive practices.
-
Collaborating with district personnel, families, and outside resources to ensure appropriate programming for all students.
-
Communicating regularly with parents and staff through both written and verbal means.

Experience working in an inclusion role with school-age children (ages 4–11) strongly preferred.
-
Background in coaching or mentoring staff and working across multiple sites.
-
Strong understanding of DEI principles and a personal philosophy aligned with the belief that all students and staff deserve to be included.

-
Office based out of the District Service Center; on-site at program locations approximately 25% of the work week.
-
