Job Summary:
Nexus of Belleville is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team in Belleville, IL. As a key member of our environmental services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our patient care areas, including floors, corridors, and waiting rooms.
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect floors, walls, and ceilings according to established protocols and standards
Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to meet patient care and facility needs
Collaborate with other environmental services team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Respond to special requests and tasks as assigned by management and supervisors
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
