Join our dynamic restaurant staff as a restaurant service associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and customer service. In this position, you will assist in various aspects of restaurant operations from counter ordering, food running to table bussing.
Duties may include:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately
- Assist with light food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Support kitchen staff with culinary tasks as needed, including running food to tables and bagging To-Go orders
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems, food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Experience in food preparation and service is a plus.
- Familiarity with casual restaurant operations is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members is a must
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
