Manufacturing Technician
Description:
Electric Cable Compounds (ECC) is a growing company looking for highly motivated individuals that are goal oriented with an emphasis on “safety,” “quality” and “productivity”. Must be a “team player” and exhibit a positive attitude. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for rapid advancement as we will invest in every employee’s growth and development.
Growth & Development Opportunities:
All employees will be given the opportunity to develop within the ECC framework of training and development after they successfully complete their 90-day probation period. Motivated candidates who are meeting and/or exceeding the ECC guiding principles (5 Principles of Success) will have the opportunity to train in higher level positions and grow within the organization professionally as well as financially. - QC Technician
- Material Coordinator
- Extrusion Technician
- Line 3 Extrusion Technician Assistant
- Line 3 Extrusion Technician
- Line 5 Banbury Technician
- Line 5 Extrusion Technician
- Lead Manufacturing Technician Assistant
- Lead Manufacturing Technician
Every promotion to one of the above positions results in an increase of responsibility, leadership and hourly rate. There is no timeframe or time limit to be promoted to the next position. Every individual develops at the pace they are comfortable with.
All permanent, full-time employees are eligible for annual raises, bonuses and profit sharing.
