Job Overview
We are a contractor / builder and are seeking an honest, dedicated and energetic person to help maintain / assist with various projects of our existing residential / commercial and future properties, also assist with client list of residential pool cleaning and service accounts.
We value reliability, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Must be able to follow instructions. We seek someone with a positive and upbeat attitude, that likes to stay busy, has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work. Must have excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor efficiently. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in property management while making a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.

Requirements
- Familiarity with lawn care routines such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and general grounds upkeep is preferred.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
