The Bandmans Company, one of Texas’ oldest custom uniform design firms, is seeking a Marketing, Graphics & AI Content Manager ready to take our brand into the future.

AI will be at the heart of this role—from using it to create content more efficiently, to streamlining campaign management, to staying ahead of design trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and grow our presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok) using both original content and AI-generated tools
- Use AI-driven analytics and insights to optimize ad performance, SEO, and content strategy
- Monitor website purchases, automate customer communication where appropriate, and ensure a smooth user experience
- Update website content and visuals regularly, incorporating keyword optimization to improve SEO and align with seasonal campaigns.
- Utilize AI to streamline content creation for blog posts and email blasts
- Create targeted ad campaigns using both manual design and AI-supported creative tools (e.g., Luma, Mystic, Google Imagen, etc.)
- Create or adapt AI tools to automate garment mock-ups and streamline client collaboration for custom apparel designs
- Support sales with digital presentations and product previews, using AI to accelerate workflow and idea generation
- Track and engage with our niche market through industry forums like Facebook Groups, The Yellow Board, and Reddit
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools in marketing, graphics, design, and communication (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Jasper, Adobe Sensei, etc.)
- Comfortable adopting emerging technology to enhance efficiency and creative output
- Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Hootsuite etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual style
- Self-starter, problem solver, and adaptable team player
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software
- Experience in setting up and tracking task automation

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
