We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant development, including sensory play, motor skills, and early communication.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote curiosity and exploration.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor individual progress and tailor care strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones, needs, and daily experiences.
- Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitional activities with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of developmental observations, attendance, and incident reports to support ongoing assessment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with infants in a daycare or preschool setting with classroom management skills.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with caregiving techniques such as diapering, feeding, and behavior management tailored for infants.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities as a Lead Teacher.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues professionally.

Pay: $24.58 - $28.80 per hour
