Job Purpose
This position has primary responsibility of overseeing daily operations for our Sacramento machine & repair branch. This will include supervising personnel, planning budgets and maintaining the standard and quality of work to make sure daily targets are met, ensuring that all work is completed in line with division procedures and policies and reporting any work-related issues to management.
This is a working manager role. Therefore, the job encompasses being part of the inside sales team.
Essential Functions
· Responsible for assisting outside sales representatives in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.
· Be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers over the phone, through email and in person.
· Be self-driven through the pursuit of producing positive results.
· Responsible for parts order processing:
· Accurate, and up to date knowledge of the part systems for all company parts
· Understands and employs good selling techniques, including conveying a professional and positive manner over the phone
· Remains aware of order statuses, keeping customers aware of any issues
· Organizing, planning and managing daily tasks and operations of the branch
· Evaluating the branch’s performance and identifying areas of improvement
· Providing technical direction and professional support to personnel
· Ensure that all employees comply with the policies and procedures of the company
· Review office operations and report any issues to management
· Maintains high employee morale
· Work with human resources department to handle all disputes or conflicts
· Work on special projects as assigned
· All other duties assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
· Responsible for understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team.
Qualifications
· Education
o High school graduate or equivalent
o Education and experience commensurate with job responsibilities.
· Experience
o Prior management experience in manufacturing or distribution role (5 years)
o Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills
o Solid communication and team working skills
o Excellent organizational and project management skills
o Global Shop Solutions ERP Software Experience a Plus
· Skills
o Ability to navigate stressful work situations
o Strong attention to detail
o Possess exceptional customer service skills
o Work with and through people to reach goals.
o Ability to multitask
o Clear/effective written and oral communication
o Self-motivated
o Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation
will be a mix of salary + commission.
Base: between $72,000 - $100,000
Comms between $35k - $80K depending on sales
