Job Summary
We are looking for ONE Shift Lead - PM to join Pepps Pizzeria! We are a new New-York style pizzeria that offers a simple & delicious pizza by the slice or by the pie. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
BAKING experience required!

Tues - Sat: 11:00-8:30 pm
Pay:
Base: $17.00-19.00/hr plus TIPS which average $5.00-$6.00/hr EXTRA

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience with PIZZA is required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Baking experience required
