Johnston Family Dentistry—a privately owned, patient and team centered dental practice, is looking for a standout individual to join us as a Front Office Administrator. Responsibilities Include:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily flow.
- Manage patient communications, including phone calls, texts, emails.
- Verify insurance benefits and claims processing.
- Collect co-pays and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Run and manage daily, weekly and monthly reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a dental office required (front office or clinical).
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus).
- An organized individual that is detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A compassionate communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Someone who values being part of a team and also shines independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental office: 1 year (Required)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assitant (Preferred)
