Position: Intermodal - Local CDL A Driver
Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday; 7:00PM - 3:00AM (Hours MAY vary)
Pay Range: $28-35 /hour DOE
Responsibilities and Duties:
× Operate tractor trailer truck safely and efficiently
× Transporting import/export containers to and from the port terminal/railyard
× Pick up materials on flatbed/containers
× Maintain log books and safety guidelines
× Must manually strap and un-strap flatbed
× Various physical tasks related to truck and container operation
Qualifications and Skills:
× Must have a valid, clear Class A commercial driver license
× Must be able to operate a manual transmission
× Good driving history
× Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and Motor Vehicle Check*
× Hazmat Endorsement - PREFERRED
× Experience with handling 20-40 foot containers - REQUIRED
× Inter-Modal Experience (port terminal/railyard) - REQUIRED
× TWIC CARD - REQUIRED
× PORT EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
