Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/ Cleaner to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including prepping ingredients and assembling simple dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards.
- Help with trash removal and recycling to keep the environment tidy and compliant with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours and special events.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
