Your Responsibilities:
- Perform precision haircuts, including fades, tapers, and classic styles
- Deliver our signature MVP Experience with hot towel treatments
- Maintain clean work stations and follow all sanitation protocols
- Build rapport with clients in our sports-themed atmosphere
- Recommend grooming products to enhance the client experience
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license
- Passion for men's grooming and current trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
