Duties
- Set up and operate various sewing machines to assemble vinyl products according to specifications
- Monitor all machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance to ensure smooth production flow
- Follow detailed sewing instructions and quality standards to produce flawless products
- Inspect finished items for defects, ensuring all products meet quality benchmarks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages
Requirements
- Proven experience with sewing machine operation in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and sewing processes
- Ability to read and interpret detailed plans, work orders, or technical instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Prior experience with manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
