We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee oilfield service projects supporting wellhead, production, completions, and related field operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and field teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven background managing upstream oil and gas field service projects, coordinating multiple crews and resources, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Manage multiple oilfield service projects from kickoff through completion while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal operations teams.

Develop project schedules, coordinate labor and equipment, and adjust resources based on operational demands.

Oversee field operations involving wellhead services, valve work, torque and test services, production support, completions, and related activities.

Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

Monitor project costs, labor utilization, equipment usage, and overall project performance.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and applicable safety regulations.

Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and minimize operational downtime.

Prepare project updates, financial reports, and project closeout documentation for management and clients.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

5+ years of project management experience within the oil and gas industry.

Experience managing upstream field service projects, including wellhead, production, completions, or similar operations.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Experience working for an oilfield service company, contractor, or field service organization.

Strong understanding of upstream oilfield operations, equipment, and industry safety practices.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Demonstrated ownership of project execution from planning through completion. Candidates whose experience is limited to project coordination or administrative support will not be considered.
