Atlantic Coast Cleaning is a rapidly growing cleaning company servicing Beaufort, Down East, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Pine Knoll Shores, Emerald Isle, and Newport.
W*e are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Inspector* to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our residential, vacation rental, construction, and commercial cleaning services consistently meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of completed cleaning jobs.
- Ensure company standards and client expectations are met.
- Document inspection results using company software and checklists.
- Communicate findings professionally with cleaning technicians and management.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with training and coaching team members when needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 5 years of professional cleaning experience.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Physically able to climb stairs and perform inspections
