Make a Difference. Build a Career. Change Lives.
What if the work you did every day could help someone live a more independent, fulfilling life?
At AIRES, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs/Caregivers) do more than provide support — they build relationships, encourage independence, celebrate milestones, and help the people we serve reach goals that matter to them.
If you’re compassionate, dependable, and looking for work with purpose, growth, and real impact, we’d love to have you join our team.
Find a Schedule That Works for You
We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities, making it possible to find a role that fits your life — whether you’re beginning your career, looking for a meaningful change, or ready to grow into something more.
What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted part of someone’s support team. You’ll help individuals build confidence, develop skills, stay connected to their communities, and work toward greater independence.

- Teaching and reinforcing practical life skills
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal choice
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following safety and regulatory requirements
- Working alongside supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality support
No two days are exactly alike — but every day has the opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Bring
You don’t need to have all the answers. You do need to bring compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others.
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Professionalism, dependability, and strong communication skills
- Minimum age of 18
