KrisCo Pools & Spas is Pacific Northwest's premier custom swimming pool builders. For over 40 years, we've specialized in building luxury residential pools, commercial aquatic facilities, and high-end outdoor living spaces.
We're looking for a motivated Equipment Plumbing Apprentice to join our construction team. No previous swimming pool experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in plumbing, mechanical systems, construction, HVAC, irrigation, electrical, or other skilled trades.
What You'll Do
· Install pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, and pool equipment
· Build Schedule 40 PVC plumbing systems
· Install valves, manifolds, and hydraulic piping
· Assemble equipment pads
· Pressure test plumbing systems
· Install pool automation systems
· Assist with equipment startups
· Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment issues
· Safely operate power tools and construction equipment
· Maintain clean and organized jobsites
· Deliver quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications
· Construction experience preferred
· Plumbing experience is a plus
· Mechanical aptitude
· Experience using hand and power tools
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record
· Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors year-round
· No pool industry experience is necessary—we provide hands-on training

Schedule
· Full-time
· Monday through Friday
· Overtime available during peak construction season
