Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance and Landscaping professional to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the property, work on specialty projects to enhance the property, cutting and splitting firewood. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working outdoors with a small team, paying close attention to detail, and can take instruction to complete a project without direct oversight
Responsibilities:
- Repair fences, decks, patios, and other outdoor structures.
- Small maintenance, improvement and building projects with the team
- Watering trees and plants
- Maintaining ATV trails and gravel roads
- Chain saw trees and split firewood
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash from outdoor areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Minor mechanical maintenance such as ATV oil changes, draining outboard motors
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal clean-up tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property maintenance preferred.
- Experience in safely using a chain saw and wood splitter
- Experience in safely using power tools
- Minor mechanical experience ideal but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- English Speaking
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
