Sales Support Specialist — Full-Time, On-Site (Queens, NY)

Role Summary
Support our sales team by:
- Managing customer inquiries and processing orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Obtaining vendor pricing and preparing quotations
- Assisting with sales presentations and contributing to sales targets
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sales or customer support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
