What a Day at Grace Manor Looks Like
No two days are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this work so meaningful.
You might spend your morning helping a resident get ready for the day, sharing stories over breakfast, leading a simple activity, taking a walk in the garden, or supporting someone through a difficult moment with patience and kindness.
Our team believes that caregiving is about relationships first. We focus on seeing the person behind the diagnosis and helping each resident experience comfort, connection, and a sense of belonging.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily routines and personal care
- Support meals, activities, and social engagement
- Help create a calm, welcoming, and safe home environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Follow individualized care plans and support strategies
- Observe and communicate changes in resident needs
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing learning
