Location: Smithfield RI
Salary: Up to $90K/yr DOE
- Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems
- Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations
- of the design/drawings for construction
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested such as AUTO-CAD and the submittal process
- Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures
- Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree
- Knowledge and experience with AUTO-CAD
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of plans and specifications
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with printing, faxing and emailing
- Possess ability to multi-task
