Job Summary
Star Spangled Home Improvements, a locally owned and veteran-owned exterior remodeling company based in Highland, IN, is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We serve homeowners throughout Northwest Indiana with top-quality roofing, siding, windows and doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, gutters, and insulation services.
As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll meet homeowners face-to-face and help them choose the right home improvement solution for their needs. All while representing a company built on honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and full accountability. You'll be the first impression of a company known for treating every project, and every homeowner, with the same care we'd want for our own homes.
This is a commission-based role, so what you earn is really up to you — the harder and smarter you sell, the more you make. We provide the leads, the training, and the reputation; you bring the drive.
What You'll Do
- Run self-generated appointments with homeowners for free estimates
- Present and explain home improvement solutions (roofing, siding, windows/doors, remodeling, gutters, insulation) using company pricing and product guidelines
- Build trust quickly and close deals with clear, honest communication
- Follow up with prospects and maintain your pipeline
- Represent the Star Spangled name professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, or door-to-door sales a plus, but not required)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
- Strong communication and people skills — you can build trust with homeowners quickly
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Compensation
- Commission based — your income is a direct reflection of what you sell.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
