About the Role:
Integrated Community Living and Par is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Director to lead our mission-focused organization in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all organizational programs, operations, and staff
- Develop and implement organizational goals, policies, and long-term strategic plans
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies
- Lead fundraising, grant writing, and development efforts to ensure organizational sustainability
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff while fostering a positive organizational culture
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization in the community
- Not convicted of any felony or misdemeanor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience, preferably in a nonprofit or human services setting
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, and resource development
- Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services programs
- Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations
- Compassionate, mission-driven leader with a commitment to advocacy and inclusive community support
