Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our special events and decor team to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for the safe handling, preparation, loading, and organization of floral decor, props, glassware, event rentals, and special event equipment.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and physically capable of performing demanding warehouse duties while maintaining a high standard of care for inventory and equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of events from the start.
Essential Functions
- Prepare event supplies, equipment, floral décor, props, and rental items for scheduled deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks according to company procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Verify and accurately count inventory during loading and unloading processes.
- Properly package and protect equipment, glassware, décor, and fixtures to prevent damage during transportation.
- Secure all equipment and inventory in delivery vehicles following company safety standards.
- Maintain accountability for all inventory and equipment assigned to delivery routes.
- Assist with on-site delivery, setup, and breakdown of event equipment as needed.
- Return inventory and equipment to designated warehouse locations upon arrival.
- Inspect returned items and promptly notify supervisors of damaged, missing, or improperly loaded equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, dock, and work areas.
- Operate company vehicles to transport equipment to and from event venues and other designated locations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Training and Experience
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, event production, moving services, delivery services, or inventory management preferred.
- Forklift certification and/or warehouse equipment operation experience is a plus.
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.
Certificates and/or Licenses Required
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving required to perform driving duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
