RINO Insurance Group is looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our rockstar team. Our office is conveniently located in Lakewood, Colorado near major commuting lines.

This opportunity is open to candidates with varying degrees of P&C insurance experience. Compensation is tied to experience level and performance. We are open to candidates without direct experience who would need training.

Core Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through outbound phone calls.
- Build a stellar reputation with clients by dedicating yourself to world-class customer service.
- Contribute to a supportive environment to help other team members and the company achieve its goals.
Qualifications
- Customer facing experience requires, inside sales preferred.
- Willingness to hustle in a high-volume call environment.
- Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Incredible attention to detail, work ethic, and multi-tasking skills.
- Willingness to work extremely hard alongside a committed team.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree is not required, but a plus.
Compensation
- Estimated total earnings: $60,000 - $150,000 (depends on performance). Opportunity for advancement in earnings and in role.
- Base + uncapped monthly commission

Insurance Licensing
- We REQUIRE a Colorado Property & Casualty License upon starting in a producer role. We are open to candidates without this license to start in a Sales Development Representative role first.
- You do not need to be licensed to interview!
