As a Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal in a retail location, you will monitor activity, coordinate security-related communications, and support timely responses to incidents and service needs. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch-centered post.

Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to help identify security-related concerns and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Dispatch officers and/or other site personnel to reported incidents, priority calls, and routine service requests throughout the location while maintaining clear and accurate communication.

Document incidents, activities, and response details in logs and reports, helping support timely follow-up and continuity of operations.

Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, helping support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
