Department: Integrity Services
The Senior Program Manager, Asset Integrity will work with the Integrity Services team to perform a variety of functions in support of customer Integrity Management Programs and a wide range of ongoing integrity management services, including program management, integrity assessment support, anomaly tracking, data integration/analysis, and risk analysis. Sample work activities include:
- Develop and maintain client integrity management programs

Conduct third-party integrity audits and provide support for clients during agency inspections

Interact directly with clients as a project manager, individual contributor, and team member to successfully deliver quality work

Facilitate data transfer with pipeline operators to perform risk analysis and HCA identification

Calculate spill dispersion hazard buffers for various product types: gas, HVL, and non-HVL pipelines

Recommend assessment methods that match pipeline threats

Perform analyses for EFRD adequacy and placement

Maintain assessment schedules

Plan and execute assessment activities (ILI, pressure test, and/or DA) in accordance with the IM Plan

Provide integrity management support during asset acquisition due diligence transactions
To be successful in this position, the Senior Program Manager, Asset Integrity should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong working knowledge of PHMSA pipeline integrity regulations (49 CFR Part 192 Subparts O & P, Part 195.452) and associated industry standards (ASME B31.8s, API 1110, and API 1160).

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical degree

5+ years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to perform duties outside of the basic job description and quickly expand skillset into new areas

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar products

Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ESRI GIS software
