As a Client Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to educate them on available telecommunications products and services, recommend solutions based on their needs, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process. Client Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in person to promote telecommunications products and services
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process
- Generate new sales opportunities through direct customer interaction and relationship-building
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve individual and company performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales techniques, leadership development, and product knowledge
- Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and service offerings to effectively communicate value to customers
Client Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is desirable
- Prior Client Sales Associate experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Reliable transportation is preferred
