Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent flavor and texture.
- Operate commercial ice cream manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including pasteurizers, mixers, and freezers.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines throughout the production process.
- Monitor product quality during each stage of manufacturing, making adjustments as needed to meet quality specifications.
- Package finished ice cream products carefully using appropriate packaging materials, labels, and sealing techniques.
- Conduct routine cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation standards are met daily.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials to prevent shortages or waste.
