We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financial management and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation processes
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making
- Monitor debits and credits to maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting
- Familiarity with financial software and systems
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in general ledger, account, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
