About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Foreman to lead field crews in delivering high-quality climate control solutions. Responsibilities-
Execute complex installations of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and cooling systems to meet rigorous performance standards.

Direct and mentor junior technicians, providing hands-on training to enhance team proficiency and project efficiency.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues, performing necessary calibrations to ensure optimal equipment operation.

Manage vehicle inventory, specialized tools, and safety equipment to maintain operational readiness.

Deliver exceptional client service by clearly communicating system functionality and maintenance best practices.

Ensure all project documentation and technical reporting are completed accurately using digital platforms.

Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC field installation and service.

Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints, technical manuals, and installation plans.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Proficiency with mobile technology and field service software applications.

Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or varied climate conditions.

Demonstrated experience in generating accurate project quotations and equipment replacement estimates.
