Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our growing team of early childhood professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education with at least two years of experience working in a licensed childcare center. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.on.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that reflects the children's work and interests.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
