Female Personal Trainer – Women’s Only Facility

Got Muscle Personal Training is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced female personal trainer to join our all-women’s facility. Our focus is one-on-one personal training with customized programs designed to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
We are seeking a well-rounded trainer who enjoys working with women of all ages, including middle-aged and senior clients. Experience with injuries, corrective exercise, mobility, or exercise rehabilitation is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
● Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions
● Design individualized workout programs based on each client’s goals, fitness level, and limitations
● Safely instruct and coach clients using proper exercise technique
● Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support
● Monitor client progress and modify programs as needed
● Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming training environment
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience
● Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) OR a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related health and fitness field
● Strong knowledge of strength training, functional movement, and proper exercise technique
● Experience working with middle-aged adults, seniors, and clients with injuries is highly preferred
● Background in corrective exercise, mobility training, rehabilitation, or physical therapy-related exercise is a plus
● Professional, dependable, organized, and self-motivated
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
No sales required. Our trainers are able to focus entirely on delivering exceptional personal training and building meaningful relationships with their clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
