We are seeking a Honda Master Certified Automotive Technician to join a highly respected independent repair facility in Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs on primarily Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems
- Complete timing belt services, wheel bearing replacements, brake repairs, maintenance services, and complex mechanical repairs
- Utilize ALLDATA, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns
- Perform Virginia State Inspections
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and high-quality workmanship
- Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications

Honda Master Certification required
- 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
- Strong experience servicing Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles required
- Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in an independent repair facility and/or dealership environment
- Virginia State Inspection License required
- ASE Certifications are a plus but not required

Flat Rate Pay: $38-$45 per flagged hour based on qualifications
