As a Knipe Realty ERA Powered agent, you'll:
- Represent buyers and sellers across your licensed market
- Follow up with your sphere, referrals, and assigned opportunities
- Use Follow Up Boss and available systems to track conversations and stay organized
- Use MoxiWorks, SkySlope, and other provided tools to support your business
- Attend training, coaching, and broker-led sessions that help you improve
- Build repeat and referral business through relationship-based strategies
- Communicate clearly with clients, brokers, staff, and transaction partners
- Stay compliant with Oregon and Washington real estate rules and brokerage standards

Compensation Package:
This is an independent contractor, commission-only real estate agent opportunity.
There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Your earnings depend on closed transactions, market conditions, your follow-up, and your production.
Work Location: Oregon and Washington, with 7 offices across WA and OR.
Knipe Realty ERA Powered serves agents across Oregon and Washington, with seven offices across WA and OR.
This is a field-based real estate role. You'll meet clients where the business happens, work from home as needed, and use office locations when it makes sense for your market and workflow.
Some meetings and training sessions are offered in person and through Zoom.
