Join our dynamic team as a Pool Service Technician at Pinch A Penny Northcliffe and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming pools for our valued clients. In this energetic role, you will perform routine pool cleaning and ensure all pool systems operate smoothly.
Experience in pool cleaning is highly preferred but we will consider training for this position without experience. Must be 21+ and have a clean driving record. Starting pay will be based on experience and required training for independence.
- Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour for under 2 years pool experience
- Experience pool cleaner: 2+ years have potential for bonus structure
- Full Time / Part Time

Requirements:
- 21+ with Valid Florida Driver's Licenses with 3+ years driving history
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Ability to work outdoors in the Florida heat and all weather conditions for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to handle physical demands of position and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Vehicle and equipment provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Arriving on time, keeping a maintenance log of each pool.
- Checking and balancing pool chemistry.
- Cleaning pools surface: Brushing, Skimming, Tile cleaning, Vacuuming.
- Cleaning pool equipment: Soaking Salt Cells, Rinsing Filters, emptying pump/skimmer baskets.
- Basic pool equipment troubleshooting and reporting back to management any issues at a job site.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and pool condition reports for each client.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks without supervision
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Handle customer requests or questions with a positive attitude
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
