Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff
- Support bussing efforts by clearing tables and organizing dishware for cleaning
- Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during busy service times
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety compliance
Skills
