Job description
Experienced Sales Manager to hire, train and succeed in Commercial Roofing in the DFW markets.
Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue generating of existing properties (No New Construction) that are for commercial flat roof and metal roof systems. Hire, Train and Succeed a team of sales reps throughout the Dallas/ Fort Worth territory. Maintain contacts in CRM database. Generate a minimum $85,000 a month in gross contract revenue per sales reps. Manage a minimum 3 sales reps at any one time. Selling portfolio includes roof asset management programs, roof maintenance agreements and roof system solutions. Must provide vehicle and tools required for roof evaluations. If you have no experience in managing a successful sales team, nor can accomplish these goals, Do Not Apply!
Qualifications
No commercial roofing knowledge required. Strong sales management and account management skills must be demonstrated.
