Start your new career as a Manufacturing Associate with MAU at our client in Griffin, GA. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will safely and efficiently perform assigned duties, producing defect-free product, and facilitate movement of material and assure perfect product quality.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year(s) of experience
- Continuous improvement knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to operate hand tools efficiently
- Ability to connect wire harnesses efficiently
- Ability to learn and rotate through all production and support roles
- Ability to occasionally move to accomplish tasks and from one worksite to another
- Ability to operate machinery and/or power tools
- Work cooperatively within a team environment
- Flexible work hours to account for over time as needed
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Associate
- Start-up, operation, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment (such as production line equipment, forklifts, other power equipment, etc.)
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with Company Safety Policy
- Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors
- Quality Assurance and test compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards
- Inspect your own work as well as that of other associates
- Provide general plant, production line, and facility clean up (5S)
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement ideas
- Perform other tasks as required
