Duties

- Pay based on experience
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, weeding and mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine.
- Operate ground maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing management to ensure proper watering of plants and turf.
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote healthy plant growth while minimizing environmental impact.
- Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to enhance landscape aesthetics.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Pay based on experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation.
- Ability to handle hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools with care and precision.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscaping activities and equipment use.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks consistently over extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills in lawn care, tree care, gardening, and hardscape maintenance.
