Direct Support Professional – Full-Time & Weekend Positions
**Maurizi ISL Homes is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to join our team in **Columbia, Missouri. We provide individualized support to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Current Openings
Weekday Positions
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Positions
- Saturday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (2 openings)
Awake Overnight Position
- Friday–Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities.
- Encourage independence while providing support as needed.
- Administer medications after completing required training.
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
- Complete daily documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow individualized support plans and company policies.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks required by the State of Missouri.
- Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Experience is helpful but not required—paid training is provided.
