DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment including: Diesel engines, gas engines, generators, generator sets, and all related components.
- Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, test and inspect and clean assemblies with minimal supervision.
- Competent at welding and fabrication.
- Provide accurate lists for parts required to complete repairs.
- Accurate and timely service reports and timecards daily.
- May be required to perform administrative office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties.
- General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, laptops, diagnostic software and cranes and rigging equipment.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work and be punctual.
- Ability to communicate and relay information to supervisors.
- Minimum two years’ experience is required.
- Experience on Industrial engines is required.
- Experience on assembly of package components.
- You must have your own tools for this position.
