We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our San Bernardino, CA location reporting to Client Success Executive.
Job Summary
This position is a Customer Service Representative position with room for advancement. The position handles in-bound calls. The person in this position will provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with client’s customers
- Answering questions regarding product
- Tracing orders
- Issuing customer refunds
- Hands-on customer service consultant to the top names in E-Commerce and infomercial products
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge Of:
- Excellent phone etiquette
Skilled In:
- Typing minimum 25 WPM
- Internet
- Excel, Word
Ability To:
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Handle a high volume of customer in-bound calls
Selective Preference:
The ideal candidate will have six months call center experience; high school Diploma or GED; bilingual (English/Spanish)
