This is a 12 month program starting in July 2026. Candidates must be located in the Atlanta area. Full time hours are based on sports studio productions and sports broadcast schedules which means they could include weekend, nights, holidays, and possible overtime.
Each Jr. Production Assistant will have a Home Base Team they are assigned to. The Home Base Team for this position is Global Production Equipment Inventory.
With this Home Base Team, you will be asked work onsite from the Commerce office and the Techwood campus, dependent on the needs of the team.
The Commerce warehouse serves as a central hub for field engineering operations, supporting multiple properties including CNN, TNT Sports, and Bleacher Report. The facility is organized into 13 aisles stocked with a wide range of gear, including audio, lighting, cameras, fiber, communications, and testing equipment. It also features a dedicated lab for project work and innovation, along with a QC station used to test and diagnose returned equipment. With two docks capable of accommodating multiple satellite trucks simultaneously, the warehouse is built for efficiency and scale. An adjacent office area provides dedicated workspaces and three conference rooms, supporting both operational coordination and team collaboration.
With this team, you will:

Ensure sufficient inventory of parts and technology supplies, working with procurement and

asset management teams to order and track inventory

Perform tasks related to IT support and working with electronics / broadcast equipment
Must be willing and able to:

Adapt to rapidly changing situations frequently encountered in field remote environments

Learn WBD proprietary equipment and applications

Have excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal, written)
