We're seeking a polished, organized, and personable Front Desk Client Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, aesthetics, and building lasting client relationships. This is more than a receptionist role—it's an opportunity to build a career in the medical aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Manage front desk operations, scheduled appointments, and walk-in clients
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
- Check clients in and out while processing payments accurately
- Maintain accurate client records with strong attention to detail
- Educate clients on memberships, skincare, retail products, and promotions
- Support providers and daily operations to ensure smooth client flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury reception area
- Assist with social media by creating content, taking photos/videos, posting stories and reels, and designing graphics using Canva
- Help create a welcoming environment where every client feels valued and confident
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (medical spa, salon, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred)
- Medical aesthetics experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or other content creation tools
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel their best
