You'll play a critical role in supporting our service and sales teams by managing permits, coordinating inspections, and ensuring jobs move smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do:
- Process permits for customer jobs across multiple municipalities and jurisdictions
- Schedule and coordinate inspections
- Work directly with customers, city agencies, and internal teams throughout the permit process
- Communicate updates and timelines to service and sales teams
- Ensure permits and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities that support business operations

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Home services industry experience is a plus
- Experience navigating multiple software systems throughout the day
- Service software experience is a plus
- Must successfully pass a background check
