In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our operations running efficiently by safely moving trailers throughout our facility and ensuring trailers are positioned for loading and unloading.

Responsibilities
- Safely move trailers throughout the yard.
- Back trailers into warehouse dock doors with precision.
- Rotate trailers between dock positions to support shipping and receiving operations.
- Stage empty and loaded trailers for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to prioritize trailer movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and yard procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Previous yard jockey, switcher, or shuttle driver experience preferred.
- Excellent backing and trailer maneuvering skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT requirements.
